This delightful Non-Estate Villa is situated just outside the village of Karsiyaka which is 13 miles west of Kyrenia the main harbour town. Kyrenia  is approximately  a
20 minute drive away should you wish to visit the historic harbour and shops.         

North Cyprus has a wealth of historic and interesting places to visit, from the coastline,
the villages and  Crusader castles perched high up in the mountains. It also has numerous traditional Cypriot and a la carte restaurants.

To enjoy all that North Cyprus has to offer car hire is recommended and we would be
more than happy to arrange this to your requirements giving you the luxury of
relaxing by the pool and sightseeing as you require. 

The Villa is situated within its own gardens and enjoys beautiful mountain and sea views
the coastline is half a mile away. It has its own private swimming pool with the gardens
containing citrus trees, fruit trees, mature shrubs, pine and olive trees. 

The villa can accommodate up to four persons in two well appointed bedrooms
one of which is en suite with a shower. The other bedroom is next to a large
bathroom with a shower.

The main bedroom contains a double bed with large patio doors opening out
on to the terrace and swimming pool.

    
The kitchen and dining area are equipped to a high standard which includes a washing machine. fridge freezer, microwave and full cooker. Patio doors open out onto the
garden and sitting area.

The sitting room opens out onto the pool terrace and the entertainment equipment provided consists of a TV, DVD player and a stereo music system.  

On your arrival a welcome pack will be provided including a bottle of wine and beers.
We have put together an  information pack for use during your stay giving  information about North Cyprus and its places of interest. As we live nearby we are always
available for any advice, information or help that you may require.

For the comfort of all our guests Copelia Villa has a non-smoking policy inside the property. As the Villa is situated in a quiet location, unlike a holiday estate/complex, you may find
that the location is inappropriate for children or teenagers. Copelia Villa is an excellent destination for adults to have a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

An additional service for our guests is a free pick-up and return transfer to Ercan Airport. However if you choose to arrive via Larnaca airport, private transfers can be arranged for approximately £90 return for up to four persons. Ercan is under one hour and Larnaca approximately two hours from the Villa.

Flights to North Cyprus can be booked to the local airport Ercan or Larnaca airport situated in the Republic of Cyprus. Please ask us for more flight information.

When checking flight prices please bear in mind that it is the policy of the three airlines who fly to Ercan, Cyprus Turkish, Turkish and Pegasus to increase ticket prices as the date of the flight draws nearer. The best bargains with these three airlines is to book well in advance.

We do not have seasonal supplements, the rates quoted are for the villa per week and include air conditioning, there are no hidden extras.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is requested at the time of booking and the balance paid at least four weeks before arrival. Payments may be made with a credit/debit card using  the PayPal secure system if it is more convenient for you.
